Terms and Conditions
By making a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:
1. The number of persons using the Cottage must not exceed four unless by arrangement at the time of booking.
2. The normal time of occupation is after 3pm on the holiday start date, and the Cottage should be vacated bt 10am on the day of departure. Should these times not be convenient please discuss with the owner prior to arrival.
3. Guests must keep the Cottage and all furniture, fittings and effects in or on the Cottage in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss which occurs to the Cottage or its contents during occupation, and guests will be responsible for paying appropriate compensation should damage or loss occur.
4. Guests must leave the Cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it is found. An additional charge will be made if extra cleaning is necessary as a result of the cottage being left in a dirty condition upon the Guest's departure.
5.No liability will be accepted for any accident, damage, loss or injury whether to personal items and belongings or to an individual.
6. Car parking is provided, however no responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents.
7. A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking and is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking you will still need to pay the full balance due unless you have provided written notification within six weeks of the holiday start date.
8. The balance payment must be made no later than four weeks before the start of the holiday.
9. Pets are not permitted in the Cottage.
10. Smoking is not permitted in the Cottage.
